Falvo Industries, LLC is a United States domestic limited liability company, which was established in the State of Nevada on the 9th of July 2007 and managed by Daniel Falvo to act as a United States holding company for investment interests in associated Philippine companies, which currently include the primary Gold's Gym Philippines country franchise (LA Fitness, Inc.), PaymentPassage, Inc., Pinay Fitness, and TravelOnline E-Commerce.
Gold's Gym Philippines is the premier fitness and bodybuilding gym in the Philippines. Gold's Gym Philippines began with its flagship branch in the Metro Manila city of Makati in 2002. There are now ten Gold's Gym branches located within Metro Manila (including Alabang, Galleria, Glorietta, Holiday Inn Ortigas, Hotel InterContinental Manila, Katipunan, Libis, North Edsa, Timog, and Wilson).
